Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the GrantForge.ai Pilot Program (“Pilot Program”) operated by

Infinity Rift LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Pilot Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

Purpose of the Pilot Program

The Pilot Program provides Participants with early, no-cost access to GrantForge.ai, an AI-powered platform designed to assist grant-writing teams with funding research, tracking, and management. The purpose of the Pilot Program is to gather user feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and validate system functionality before public launch.

Eligibility

Participation is by invitation only. Participants must be an individual or entity actively engaged in grant writing, funding research, or related services. By participating, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

Access & Use

Access to GrantForge.ai under this Pilot Program is provided free of charge. Participants may use the platform only for internal business purposes related to grant research and writing. All access credentials must be kept secure. Sharing access outside of your organization without written consent from Infinity Rift LLC is prohibited.

Feedback & Collaboration

Participants agree to provide feedback, including but not limited to usability, feature requests, error reports, and workflow recommendations. Feedback may be provided via scheduled meetings, surveys, email, or within the platform. Infinity Rift LLC may incorporate, modify, or disregard feedback at its sole discretion.

By submitting feedback, you grant Infinity Rift LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback for product development.

Data & Confidentiality

Any data uploaded during the Pilot Program remains your property. Infinity Rift LLC may access and analyze data for the sole purpose of testing, troubleshooting, and improving GrantForge.ai. Infinity Rift LLC will implement reasonable security measures but does not warrant that the Pilot Program is free of bugs, interruptions, or vulnerabilities. All information about unreleased features, platform design, and performance is considered confidential and may not be shared publicly without written consent.

No Warranty; Pilot Nature

GrantForge.ai is provided “as-is” and “as-available” during the Pilot Program. Infinity Rift LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice

Subscription Discount

In appreciation of your participation, Infinity Rift LLC will offer discounted annual subscription pricing upon the official launch of GrantForge.ai. Details of the discount will be provided prior to general availability.

Term & Termination

The Pilot Program will run until [Insert Expected End Date], unless extended or terminated earlier by Infinity Rift LLC. Either party may withdraw from the Pilot Program at any time by providing written notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Rift LLC shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of participation in the Pilot Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Participant and Infinity Rift LLC regarding the Pilot Program and supersede all prior communications.
